The Copy List link is available under List Management panel on the Watch Lists tab.
To copy a list:
Go to the Watch Lists tab and select a list from the drop-down menu.
Click on the Copy List link in the List Management panel.
Select the An existing list option if it is not selected. If you want to copy it to a new list, click the A brand new list option, enter a name for the list, and then click Copy.
