Download Results

Once you have performed a search, you have the option to download and save the results to your desktop. Results are saved with the .csv file extension.

To download search results:

1. Click on the Download Results button.
   
   

2. On the File Download dialog box, click Open if you want to open the file in a spreadsheet application and preview it before saving it to your desktop.

3. To save the results list without previewing it, click Save on the File Download dialog box.

4. On the Save As dialog box, go to the folder on your computer or network where you want to save the results list.

5. If you would like to rename the file, enter it in the File name field, and then click Save.
