Search Results
After the search is executed, the Search Results page opens. It provides a listing of all Active documents that meet your search criteria. If no Active version of the document family is available, then the most recent Historical document in the family is displayed.
The total number of results is given at the top of the page. Thirty documents are listed at a time. The results are displayed in alphanumeric order, based on the document prefix and the base document number for the document family.
The Search Results page provides the following functions and information:

Prints a condensed version of your Results List. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Saves your results list as a delimited text file that can be opened in Microsoft® Excel, Access, or other common spreadsheet or database software. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Use the arrows to page up and down through the Results List. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Click to advance to the corresponding record number entered in the text box. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Takes you to the IHS Parts Center where you can find information on over 90 million commercial and government stocked parts. The Parts Center can help you identify alternate vendors, validate part numbers, find replacements and identify obsolete parts, locate sales offices, identify government bid opportunities, request quotes, and more. Click the red button to view the official, PDF version of the document. The gray button means that the PDF version of the document is not contained in your Specs & Standards subscription. | ||||||||||||||||||||

This button appears when there is more than one document in the document family. Click this button to open the Document History screen where you can view a list of all documents in the family. | ||||||||||||||||||||
