Document Number Browse
[Tips]

First (if relevant to your search) select Document Types and Search Filters. The default is All Document Types and NO Search Filters.

  1. Place the cursor inside the Document Number text box, enter a number, a partial number, or no number.
  2. Click the Document Number link on the Search screen.
  3. The Browse page opens. The Browse page is sensitive to terms entered in the text box.
  4. Select terms from the Browse page and click the Add Button button.
  5. The Search page reopens with the selected terms pasted in the text box.
  6. Click the Search Button button.
  7. The search is executed and the Search Results page opens.

NOTE: Document number Range Searching is available for MS Drawing data. Many MS Drawing numbers cover a number range, such as "AN115401 thru AN11450 Rev 2." A search on a number within the range, such as 115403 finds the document range, AN115401 thru AN115450 Rev 2.
